This system will be mandatory for tracking inventory from cultivation through sale to ensure compliance with state regulations.

To support this transition, the OCM has launched BioTrack training webinars and has committed to subsidizing $250,000 in initial inventory tag purchases for licensees. These changes signal the state’s effort to streamline operations and bring clarity to its growing cannabis market.

  • September 1, 2025 – Processors and Distributors
  • October 1, 2025 – Retail Dispensaries

What does “integration with BioTrack NY” mean?
