FAQs

How is GrowFlow pricing calculated?

Prices are per license, in USD, and billed monthly. Enterprise pricing is based on license count, transaction volume, and platform access scope.

I run both wholesale and retail. What will I pay?

Each license is priced on its own track. Operators running both sides get a combined quote, and multi-license discounts start at five licenses. Contact sales for a bundled rate.

Do you offer multi-license discounts?

Yes. Multi-license discounts are available for customers with five or more licenses. Contact our sales team for a customized quote.

Do you charge per user or seat?

No. Each license includes unlimited users and seats at no additional cost.

How do I get the first month for free?

Sign up for a 12-month term and your first month is free. Billing begins in month two and continues through month twelve, giving you twelve months of service for eleven monthly payments. This offer is available to new customers only.

What happens if I want to switch terms?

You can move from a month-to-month plan to a 6- or 12-month term at any time. Your new rate will apply to your next invoice. Moving to a shorter term takes effect at renewal.

Do GrowFlow plans automatically renew?

Yes. Six- and 12-month terms automatically renew at the same rate unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date. Month-to-month plans may be canceled with 30 days’ notice.

Is there a setup fee?

Implementation and data migration are included at no additional cost with 12-month and Enterprise plans—a $500 value that includes up to two activation training sessions.

Standard implementation costs $500 for month-to-month and 6-month plans. Additional training sessions and in-person implementation are quoted separately for all plans.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. We strive to make our pricing clear from the start. After learning more about your business during the demo and discovery process, we’ll provide a detailed quote outlining all applicable costs so there are no surprises.

Marketplace services, payment processing, hardware, third-party integrations, additional training, and in-person implementation may be billed separately where applicable.

Can I get API access on a non-enterprise plan?

API and MCP access are Enterprise features. If your business needs programmatic access, contact us to discuss your requirements.

How long does migration take?

Most operators are live within approximately 24 hours after their data has been provided to our team. Timing may vary depending on the volume and complexity of the migration.

What software does GrowFlow integrate with?

GrowFlow integrates with SALT Pay, springbig, Jane, GreenScreens, QuickBooks, and many other platforms. We’re continuously building new integration partnerships to help cannabis operators and dispensaries get more from their technology. View the full list of GrowFlow integrations.
