In order to provide the most secure experience when using an iPad as your Point of Sale device with GrowFlow, it's imperative that you choose a model capable of running the latest iOS version from Apple. Please confirm that your device meets this standard prior to purchase or usage.
** Must have Charging Cable USB-A to USB-C to connect the Star Receipt Printer. MAY NEED TO BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.
** NOTE - If Ethernet is chosen, your store MUST have current network infrastructure to support this connection type at ALL Point-of-Sale locations.
Scales do not currently integrate with the GrowFlow Retail app when using an iPad. If your dispensary would like to use a scale, please make sure it meets your state’s requirements.
