- If you scheduled a time to transition your account to METRC: we will contact you and confirm you want to move forward before we do anything. If you have decided to wait just let us know and we’ll take you off the list.
- File your OMMA Monthly report by the 15th as normal.
- We will revert your account back to the original 'Standalone' mode. This only takes a day or two. We are ready to revert accounts as needed.
- If you have applied your METRC tags you can leave those on your plants and packages. The tags will remain in your 'Standalone' system after your account is reverted. This means you won’t need to relabel everything a second time.
Any new plants and packages will get GrowFlow IDs as before.
- File your OMMA Monthly report by the 15th as normal.
- If you end up going back onto METRC, you will need to reapply new tags. Going back onto METRC will be another transition process just like this one. Everything has to be re-tagged.
- Unfortunately, we can't help with canceling your METRC account or getting refunds from METRC. You will have to contact METRC directly for these issues. Their email is support@metrc.com, their phone number is 877-566-6506.
- Tags that weren't used should still be valid if you go back onto METRC. But, make sure to double-check this with METRC support.
File your OMMA Monthly report by the 15th as normal.
- If you want to revert your account to 'Standalone' mode in the future just let us know. You can stay on METRC for now and revert your account at any time.
